"We stayed in the English Lavender Room. We had our own balcony. Room was very nice with a double whirlpool. Breakfast was served in the Dining Room at 9am. (By candlelight) We had a delicious parfait, made with yogurt and cool whip and a cherry on top. Also a very filling quiche with a huge muffin, we took muffin with us, too full to eat it :) Everything was delicious, also had orange juice and coffee. Robin was a Very friendly host. She had coffee in the hall-- waiting for us-- the next morning at 7am. Our bed was Very Comfortable. Suggestion: go see the Play at Tap Theater: Absolute Brightness of L. Pelkey. We both rate it a 10. Showing till June 9th."
"My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at this B&B. Robin does a wonderful job as an innkeeper. She has done an excellent job of decorating the house, the breakfast was delicious and all of us at the breakfast table enjoyed her stories of the area and those she has met over the years."
"My husband and I stayed two nights in the lavender room at the Garden Gate and we had an amazing time! Robin the innkeeper makes you feel so at home from the minute you step foot into her beautiful Victorian home. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the breakfasts each morning were amazing! If you are considering this B&B for your next Door County visit, don't hesitate because this was a gem!"
